On saturday july 5, muskoka seaflea, in association with the toronto antique and classic boat society conducted our "seaflea" building workshop for kids.. Check out the mini boat i designed and built this summer 2010. this video shows fabrication thru the initial test run. test run is short and low speed because it's cold and i dont have a safety boat.. "mini boat" is powered by two 12 volt batteries, producing a top speed of 4 mph. they are made almost entirely of laser cut plywood. it takes around three weekends to build your very own mini boat.
